For most of Dublin's history the Scioto River split the city in two. Historic Dublin, with its brick sidewalks, independent shops and stone buildings, sat on the west bank; the east bank stayed largely undeveloped. Bridge Park changed that, adding condominiums, apartments, offices, restaurants and North Market Bridge Park to the east side, and the Dublin Link tied the halves together for anyone on foot or on a bike.
Most for-sale inventory in Bridge Park is condominiums and townhomes above ground-floor retail with structured parking, while Historic Dublin adds older single-family houses on smaller lots. Dublin City Schools serves the district.
Hilliard, Ohio · 43026
Hilliard sits west of Columbus along I-270, with Old Hilliard and the Center Street district at its center: Crooked Can Brewing Company in the restored grain mill, the Hilliard Station Park stage, and a summer street market a short walk from the Heritage Rail Trail. Newer subdivisions and builder communities ring the older village core, and Hilliard City Schools serves the whole city.

Grove City lies southwest of downtown Columbus, built around a walkable Town Center of brick storefronts, restaurants and the Grove City Town Center farmers market. Housing runs from older homes on established streets near the center to new construction on the south and west edges of the city. South-Western City Schools serves the district.

Dublin, Hilliard and Grove City each pair a walkable older center with newer construction on the edges, and each has its own school district. Dublin has the most condominium and townhome inventory of the three; Hilliard and Grove City lean toward single-family builder communities.
